  I was in Rome in the end of the year with my family and we decided to visit the Vatican, but since the city was so full of people we... read more decided to get TripAdvisor suggestion of a guided tour with fast track. Although a little expensive I think the Tour pays off every cent we spent!! It was an extremely busy and overcrowded day and the tour save us 5 to 6 hours if we had decided to went by ourselves. Also, and very important, was our guide Giulianno. He was great! Extremely skillful he had a deep knowledge of history and art and give us a fantastic perspective of the places we visited. Besides that, he was capable to keep the group together and organized in a very confuse day (it was December 30th!!!). His explanations were very interesting and detailed. Also, he was very kind with all in the group. My wife feels a little uncomfortable in a overcrowded Sistine Chapel and he was able to immediately find a place for her to seat and recover. Overall we spend almost 3 hours walking (which is a lot there) and it was a great anyway! We strongly recommend the Made in Rome Tours and express our gratitude to our guide Giuliano. Having only a basic knowledge of the Sistine chapel and Vatican city Guilliano our guide was enthusiastic, descriptive and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions and kept the group personable by facing us even going upstairs
