Very good tour with brilliant guide who was knowledgeable, humorous and experienced. Very good English speaking and the tour itself was excellent.
We had a great time at our tour. Our guide was so energetic, knowledgeable, funny and entertaining. She had so much to say, and we learned a lot. Thank you,... read more Chiara! You were the best! The Canadian family 🙂
This was the first tour we did during our time in Rome, and it got our trip off to an amazing start. Everything about this tour was easy, from finding... read more the meeting point, to entering the sites. Everything was organised for us, and it meant we got to simply enjoy it. We had Lucia as our guide, and we couldn't fault her in any way. She was friendly, even taking the time to go round the group and ask everyone their name and where they were from. Lucia clearly has lots of knowledge which she was able to communicate effectively to the group. Out of the 2 of us that took this tour, 1 of us had previously visited Rome and the attractions on this tour, while the other hadn't. However, we both were able to learn lots, with Lucia pointing out very intricate details which I had not previously been shown. She was able to do this without boring us or overloading us with information. She also gave us lots of opportunities for photos, and explained everything as she did it. Even showing us how we would return to the sites, and where to go from the ending point. Lucia was able to give information about Rome in general too, even offering restaurant recommendations to a member of the group. She kept a good pace, and allowed us to enjoy our time in Rome. This tour is also great value for money, with it being the only one I could find which includes St Peter's Basilica alongside the Vatican Museums. I would recommend this tour to anyone, and I would definitely book this again should I return to Rome.
Firstly, a 'Skip the Line' tour is an absolute must, and so easy. When we were there the queue for people paying at the gate ran the full circle around... read more St Peters Square and was taking 2-3 hours to get in. This tour was really...More
The Vatican is breathtaking place, but it was very crowded. It didn't matter that much, because our guide Guiliano was extremely clever, full of knowledge and charisma. He managed to... read more hold the group together all the way despite the crowds. At the end we got to explore St. Peter's Basilica on our own, with the possibility to buy a ticket to climb the dome. I thought that was a guided tour only, so it was a nice surprise.
The all-round experience was very good, the only slight negative was the earphones for only one ear. I was on another guided tour the day after, with earphones for both ears and it really made a huge difference. More

The skip the line tour was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. Our guide Lucia was very knowledgeable about St Peters Basilica and the art and sculptures contained... read more in it. Lucia also had great information about the works in the various rooms in the vatican museums.
Best tip we got was pay for the elevator if you are going to the top of the dome of the basilica! It is €10 and means that you only need to climb 330 stairs instead of nearly 900. The climb is not for the faint hearted however the view at the top is absolutely spectacular.
One thing to be aware of is that during the tour when you leave St Peters Basilica, if you want to return to wander through the amazing church again you will have to queue to go through the security barrier again. We did this and although the queue looked large, we only had to wait about ten minutes. Definitely worth it although I'm not sure it would be that quick at the peak of summer tourist season.
I would definitely recommend this tour, it was enjoyable and added to the experience.
Super informative and sweet! I highly recommend. You actually skip lines!! Definitely a tour to take when in Rome.
We absolutely loved the tour guided by Giuliano. He had very good sense of humour and his knowledge of the Vatican was unbelievable. Made sure all our questions were... read more answered and made what was a very long day seem to pass by quickly.

Wow. Giuliano was amazing and so knowledgeable! He is such a great story teller and keeps you moving that before I knew it almost three hours had past. He does... read more a great job at pointing out minor details. The Vatican museum is enormous. There is no way you can see everything unless you go multiple days. There is also a lack of description on most of the exhibits so unless you have studied the subject in depth, you really may not know what you’re looking at. Headsets are provided in the museum. Would have been lost without this tour. And you really do skip the line!

Visiting the St Peter’s square, the St Peter’s basilica, Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel, I was in awe! To see it all in reality, it was dream come true!
