He was extremely knowledgeable and his ten years experience really showed as he provided comprehensive context and information throughout the entire tour. My partner and I both enjoyed that the tour was completely stress-free as our guide took care of everything, including all entry points and explained how to navigate the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter's Basilica. The guide also clearly knew the staff as he was able to provide access and entry at points that other groups could not. The tour can feel rushed, but this is necessary to keep up with the pace of how all tourists and groups are going through the areas.
