Also even though our group was quite small we were all given ear phones so we could hear Lucia talking to us ( not shouting ! )

The tour guide was great. It is a long tour, but then there is a lot to see, and the guide kept our attention throughout the entire three hours. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and fun. And the skip the line part is a huge perk. The lines are always so long, and if you are traveling in the summer months, it's hot. Skipping the entry lines for the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel was a tremendous perk.
