I would most definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit the Vatican. The your guide had great knowledge and was very professional.

Booking was straightforward on TA. We took the metro from Termini... read more station, got off at Octaviano station and there were about 10 minute walk to the office to check in for the tour.

A little before 12pm a group of 30 people or so had been gathering ready to go. Giuliano was our guide and he made sure to introduce himself to everyone which was nice. His English is great.

He kicked off the tour by gathering the group nearby and gave an explanation of Michelangelo’s paintings in the Sistine Chapel. It’s because it’s not allowed to talk in the Chapel.

We skipped all the lines to get inside the museum where we collected the audio receivers and earphones.

The visit was amazing. A lot to see and we were glad not to have to wait in long lines. Even in winter the place was crowded to full capacity.

Giuliano did a fine job providing interesting information about the artefacts, history of the buildings, and more.

  These advance purchase tickets are DEFINITELY worth the purchase! You will save yourself at least 30 minutes to an hour of waiting in line to either buy the tickets or... read more for security. With this tour you get to bypass all of those lines and people waiting, which is awesome. Our tour guide, Marco was funny, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the Vatican and all of the artifacts inside. I have actually been to the Vatican once before and he shared many new and interesting facts that I did not know before! Overall, it was a great value and I would highly recommend these tickets if you plan to see the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, or St Peter's Basilica.
