I had been to the Vatican in... read more 2010 and remember the tour feeling rigid and rushed, so it was a very pleasant change to follow Guiliano through a more relaxed pace, and to focus on more than just the Pieta and the Sistine Chapel ceiling. We were able to learn more of the history of the art we were seeing and the smaller group made it much easier to hear and follow along.

Very proper attention paid to customer. Check in was simple. Guides are fabulous and knowledgeable. My biggest surprise was that after first part of the tour I had to use restroom badly but nothing was available due to Covid (other than get in line again through metal detectors). So I basically gave up and thought remainder of tour is wasted as group left. To my surprise I received a call and someone from the tour office came to get me and bring us back to the second part of the tour. Amazed! 5 star service throughout.
