Very proper attention paid to customer. Check in was simple. Guides are fabulous and knowledgeable. My biggest surprise was that after first part of the tour I had to use restroom badly but nothing was available due to Covid (other than get in line again through metal detectors). So I basically gave up and thought remainder of tour is wasted as group left. To my surprise I received a call and someone from the tour office came to get me and bring us back to the second part of the tour. Amazed! 5 star service throughout.

In addition, he gives an overview of what to expect when we enter the bldg and he starts giving history before entering the bldg which make it more meaningful. It was awkward for everyone. Guide talked very very slowly. Some people had to cut out bc tour was going on for so long. Organizers just wanted to pack people into even groups and go. With some foresight and planning, they could organize the groups and make it enjoyable for everyone.
