Also even though our group was quite small we were all given ear phones so we could hear Lucia talking to us ( not shouting ! )

Very proper attention paid to customer. Check in was simple. Guides are fabulous and knowledgeable. My biggest surprise was that after first part of the tour I had to use restroom badly but nothing was available due to Covid (other than get in line again through metal detectors). So I basically gave up and thought remainder of tour is wasted as group left. To my surprise I received a call and someone from the tour office came to get me and bring us back to the second part of the tour. Amazed! 5 star service throughout.

My partner and I both enjoyed that the tour was completely stress-free as our guide took care of everything, including all entry points and explained how to navigate the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter's Basilica. The guide also clearly knew the staff as he was able to provide access and entry at points that other groups could not. The tour can feel rushed, but this is necessary to keep up with the pace of how all tourists and groups are going through the areas. Guiliano did a great job of keeping everyone together and making sure we were all comfortable with the pace and tour. We would highly recommend this tour!
