Tours can be booked via the website or coming directly into our office, in Via Plauto 17A, just round the corner from the Vatican City. On completing your tour booking via the website, you will receive an email confirmation. Try to bring this email on your tour, as it could help speed-up the tour start.
If you wish to add visitors to your booking, simply book more tickets for them via the website, making sure you select the same date and tour for the extra tickets. Don’t worry if these are two separate bookings, you’ll meet your friends on the tour! If you’ve made a mistake on the website and wish to make a change, contact us and we’ll try our best to help.
Our cancellation policy allows to cancel your tour free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the tour start time. If you’d like to cancel your booking, simply send us an email using your booking email, or specifying your booking number (you’ll find this on the booking confirmation email we sent you after your payment), requesting for your visit to be cancelled. We will refund you 100% of the tour fee. If you don’t cancel before the cancellation deadline of 24 hours, the full tour visit price will be retained by Made in Rome Tours, and we won’e be able to refund you.
